Cask (William Jameson JDW, Sunderland) -Copper in colour. Earthy hops, sultanas and caramel in the aroma. Malty and moderately hoppy taste with dried apricot, caramel and sultanas.

Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, caramel, toastd, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111207]

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Fest 2011. Amber colour with small off-white foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some nutty notes as well as some wooden and mild floral notes. Flavour is caramel and crystal malts along with some nutty and mildly toasted notes. Also some mild wooden and resiny notes in the finish.
