Bottle(thanx to Jonas!):Golden to orangey coloured, cloudy, medium-sized off-white head with a good lace, fruity-yeasty nose, but mainly dominated by a solid hoppy background; moderate dryish bitter flavour, medium to full bodied and pretty soft; a mild alcoholic touch is detectable in the lingering herbal-hoppy finish with a yeasty-malty counterpart. (bottle, 33cl) Almost cloudy, orange-golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, tangerine, apricot, also a delicately piney/resiny touch, accompanied by yeasty spice and mildly sourish wheaty notes. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Moderately wheaty and cara-malty base with present fruity and piney hoppy notes, also bearable phenolic spices; sweet and mildly bitter finish with a fruity and piney hoppy bite, as well as a mildly alcoholic burn. Nice and strong Wheat Ale. 05.II.14

Aroma is slightly sweet with citrus and yeasty notes with some apricot. Flavour has yeasty notes, rather tart citrus, yeast and some banana esthers and some spicy notes. A bit too tart for my taste but not bad.

Bottle 750ml. corked.Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, riped fruit. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft. [20121116]

Bottle @ "Det er meget mørkt i Ulfborg", November 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Nose is fruity hops and yeast. Esters. Sweet and very fruity orange family like. Full bodied.

750ml bottle. Cloudy orangey glowing dark golden colour, small unstable macropore white head reduces to a thin layer. Slightly spicy and yeasty banana aroma. Complex taste starts sourish and yeasty, slightly sweet banana and mandarine notes come in, then an unusual amount of dry and bitter hop notes gains weight. Not bad, but arduous in a way.
