The weather is hot, the beer is cold, peak season is upon us, and the keg room is running low. Sending out an SOS! This cross-continental style is a blend of Belgian strong ale, and west coast IPA. The malt base consists of pale ale, Vienna, and light Munich, with a healthy dose of Citra and Topaz. Intense aromatics of orange & grapefruit that follow through on the palette which lead to clean bitterness that finishes with sweet Belgian yeast esters. Enjoy sparingly! Cheers!

Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes Belgian yeast, dried fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of peaches, Belgian yeast, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
