Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy oyster aroma. Moderate bitter roasted flavor. Some coffee notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma andtaste are dry roast malt, lactose sugar, licorice, chocolate and hops. Oyster stout.

Draught @ Ølsnedkeren, Griffenfeldsgade 52, DK-2200 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, light to moderate chocolate and coffee. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, chocolate, dark roasted, salty, thin, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120912]

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma with hints of burnt rubber. Roasted malty chocolate and caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel finish with hints of chocolate.

On tap. Pours an opaque black with a small beige head. Tart overripe fruit in the nose - almost rotten. Medium body, overripe fruit, again rot and a tart finish. Brewer explains that lemon is added. 190912

Draft. A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and a bit of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small chocolate brown head. Aroma is light chalky, dark roasted malty and dark chocolate. Smooth, dark roasted and dense chocolate. Bitter and roasted finish.
