Cask (handpump) @ Rat & Ratchet (Ossett), 40 Chapel Hill, West Yorkshire, Huddersfield, England HD1 3EB.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, spicy - peppery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120121]

cask at bow bar ... amber ... thin white head ... dry dull lemon hop nose ... sweet lemon front ... bitter peel linger .. again quite dry ... light toffee
