Cask (handpump) @ Rat & Ratchet (Ossett), 40 Chapel Hill, West Yorkshire, Huddersfield, England HD1 3EB.Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, light strong coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, wood, tobacco, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120121]
