Nourish is a brand new double IPA made with Matcha and Oat Milk, dropping for our anniversary this Saturday!
Brewed with lots of wheat and flaked oats for body, we added a bunch of oat milk in whirlpool then fermented with a new-to-us super juicy yeast (wave emoji Super Haze!) from our pals at Escarpment Labs. Heavily dry hopped with Vic Secret, then conditioned on an assertive amount of high quality Matcha powder.
Tropical, smooth, creamy and dreamy.
