Onze 4-granen “Donderbock” is het soort bier dat na de eerste slok voelt alsof je in een vers opgemaakt bedje voor een knisperend haardvuur innig ligt te spoonen met een grizzlybeer tijdens z’n winterslaap. Robijnrood van kleur, geurend naar caramel en donker fruit.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Steenwijk. Fairly robust malty aroma with caramel, some dried fruit, toasty notes, leaves. Moderate to medium sweet and rather bitter for a Bock. Medium body. Starts malty, finishes a bit fruity. There's a shade of uncleanliness to this, but not immediately apparent.
