Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. IMO to yeasty to be a german dunkel ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Clear mahogany colour. Sweetish and malty with medium body, rounded mouthfeel. Gently roasty with some coffee and caramel. Mild bitterness. Susprising alike a Bavarian dunkel.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some fruits and mild nuttyness along with slight toasted notes. Flavour is fruity, spicy and mild toasted notes. Actually tastes quite much as a German Dunkel.
