23/9/2023. Bottle courtesy of Matthias, cheers! Pours clear pale golden with a small lasting frothy white head leaving nice lacing. Good pour. Aroma is hoppy, floral, sweet malts, bready edge. Medium sweetness and moderate developing bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Quite nicely balanced pils.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, grassy and some mild bready and grainy tones. Flavour is grassy, some grainy, mild bready malts with some crisp bitterness too.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy and open, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, crisp hops, hoppy, grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121104]

Catch up rating from notes, 2012: .5l bottle picked up on trip to Stuttgart. Poured into a nice .5l tumbler, pale golden clear, active carbonation, nice cap of foamy head. Aroma is hay, grassy notes, bready malts. Taste follows the aroma, with a the proper bite of hops at the finish. Nice pils.
