Cloudy orange - amber beer. Light and frothy palate. Very sweet orange - like orange candy! Frothy sweet finish. A curious but drinkable beer.

New Beer Distributors 11.2oz ($3.50): Pours an explosively noisy quickly dissipating brownish head with a cloudy, yeast-filled amber body. Very sweet fruity aroma with plenty of yeast in there (as if I couldn’t see that myself). Beer itself is rather sweet, perhaps too sweet for some. Very light touch of hops is in there if you look. Alcohol very well-covered. Lacks the complexity of the best Belgian strongs. Not the best, but still pretty tasty.

Foggy beige, big head. Heavy hops aroma, overpowering all else. Taste is a well-balanced mix of hops and then a malty aftertaste, and finally, a deep alcoholic aftertaste. Niiiice.

Pours hazy brown after a gusher. Significant tan head quickly recedes to hug rim. Sweet candy corn and tropical fruit aromas. Crisp with candied yams and molasses. ABV very well hidden in the sweetness.

Bottle, 33cl. A clear, golden beer with a small off-white head. Sweet on the nose, both sugary sweetness and fruity sweetness, with a peachy scent as well. The flavor is more evident on the peach, rather fruity and sweet. Some bitterness, and a long, peachy and sweet finish. Full-bodied. Surprisingly dry considering the sweet aromas and flavors. A likable beer. (090605)

330ml shorty bottle. Thick amber brown color. Lively carbonation, good head. Sugary and fruity sweet aroma. The taste is quite unique, Luscious carbonation over the yeasty sweet fig and other dark fruit flavors. The body and mouthfeel are quite superb. Some deep smooth malty tones, sort of a French signature. Some amber malt and sweet alcohol in the finish. Very nice.

Bottle from Wine Specialist. L 08-04, Best Before AOU 09. Hazy orange amber color with a huge off-white head that reduced rather quickly. Aromas of medium dark fruits and some caramel malt. Medium to full bodied with creamy carbonation. Flavor is quite a mix of light kandi, pale fruits, dates, raisins and some noble hop spice. A challenge to the mouth. Very complicated, very tasty, very satisfying.
