Bottle from the Glenpark Hotel. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and lemon. Flavour of cereal and grapefruit peel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Zippy and refreshing.

Bottle from the Glen Park Hotel. Appearance - very pale yellow, off white head. Nose - pine, lemon, bready. Taste - lemon and grapefruit, grassy and brown bread at the back. Palate - light bodied, bitter finish. Overall - quite nice.
