Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - murky plum colour, unsurprisingly. Off white head. Nose - plum and apple. Light candied citrus note. Taste - edge of funk and tart followed by tart plum. Palate - medium bodied and tart with good length. Overall - has there been an accidental second fermentation here with the yeast on the fruit. Getting towards Brett. Is this intended by the brewer.
