On cask at Ryries. Appearance - deep amber to brown with red chinks. Nose - red berries and toffee. Brown bread. Taste - toffee and caramel, some soft bread and cake notes. Palate - pretty much medium bodied and chewy in texture. Overall - good example of the style and probably suits cask.
