"Stadin Panimon pitkään kypsytetyssä, täyteläisen maltaisessa, vaaleassa tupla IPA:ssa on amerikkalaisten käpyhumalten runsas aromi sekä katkera maku.
Käsintehty, hopback-aromihumaloitu ja pullokäyvä täysmallaspintahiivaolut"

Smell of... licorice? Also some hops. Cloudy amber colour with orange head. Very sweet, lightly bitter. (Rather strange considering the 100 IBU.) Bitterness starts to push through really heavily when warmer. Aroma of hops, licorice, sugar. Very flat carbon, oily.

Bottle at Chriso’s 2012 Pre-GBBF Shindig, London. Pours clear gold with a sturdy, white cream head. Mild pine in the nose, some bread. Pretty big sweet flavor, sugar, moderate grassy bitterness, caramel. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish, with notes of caramel, toffee, and pine. OK.

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012. It pours golden yellow, with a thin white head. The nose is glue, white sugar, tinned pear and apple. The taste is rather sweet, sherbet, pear, apple and toffee, with some dryness in the finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Definitely not what I’m looking for in Double IPA.....
