On tap at Sct Clemens. It ours a hazy yellow-orange body anda big, dense, off-white head. It’s lightly acidic on the nose, making me think it’s nit only the regular weissbier lemon showing up. Some wheat, but not much of the usual banana, cloves and bubble-gum. Lemony acidity on the flavour with some pale malts underneath. Quite tart on the palate, medium body and lightly effervescent. Lemony and orangey finish. Sure drinkable, write refreshing as well, but definitely not my idea of a weissbier. 120820

Draught at the brewpub Sct. Clemens in Århus
Cloudy blond color. Weissebier aroma, spicy, but also some smoke. Dry and weak mouthfeel; simple weizen character, with light sourness. Dry final, bitter enough. Not very good.

Pale orange and really cloudy with a creamy head. Very estery (apple, banana & bubblegum) nose. Hint of acidity. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel, fruity finish. A solid and refreshing hefeweizen.
