Unique Porter using US Cascade hops in balance with smooth roast malt; not a black IPA, something hoppy yet more mellow to ease into Autumn and Winter.
Cascadia is a ghost town in Oregon, the original home of Cascade hops.
The first recipe designed by our erstwhile second brewer, Greg for Bristol Beer Weel 2018 and developed by Head Brewer Will for this year; a tad stronger and richer.
