Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, ginger, nutmet, cinnamon, clove, christmas spices. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, spicy bitter, sweet sweet malt, vegetables - red cabbage ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. IMO to much spices both in aroma and flavor .. [20111209]
