Tart Ale brewed with our friend Mike from Mikerphone. This Mezcal Margarita inspired kettle sour was brewed with a touch of smoked malt and whirlpool with lime peel and Motueka and Cashmere. This beer was further conditioned on number 3 char oak spires to add even more smokey aroma, more lime peel and sea salt.

can at home... post Florida 2020 tasting 1... golden amber... massive white head... soft sweet peppery lime fruit nose... soft herbal lime.. sharp tart salty lime

Can at Craig's. Pours golden, nose is musty, lime, smoky, taste is juicy lime, funk, dry and smoky.
