Il finale è lungo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma porta sensazioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dolle orange, earty - woody notes. Bottled@Vinoteca del Piemonte, Tampere. Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, grassy and quite malty as well. Flavour is grass, wood, earth and some slight floral and nectary notes.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu - 5.8 % ABV, batch 012/10) Poured deep amber and hazy. Head was quite large and almost white. Aroma was musty and contained mats and cow house. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were malts carboard, yeast, sweetness and mild bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and mildly bitter. Perhaps this bottle was too old.

Cloudy amber color; big fruity head. It takes some time, then finally a earthy hop comes out. It has a grassy character of English Bitters, dry toffee flavor, quite strong hopping. Good Bitter, but not exciting.
