Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso va sul luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è lungo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma porta sensazioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

Tap at Lupulus. Hazy deep gold with a low, fine head. Minerally nose, grapefruit, something wrong. Dry, minerally, citrus. Seems infected and off.

Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dolle orange, earty - woody notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111208]

Bottled@Vinoteca del Piemonte, Tampere. Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, grassy and quite malty as well. Flavour is grass, wood, earth and some slight floral and nectary notes.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu - 5.8 % ABV, batch 012/10) Poured deep amber and hazy. Head was quite large and almost white. Aroma was musty and contained mats and cow house. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were malts carboard, yeast, sweetness and mild bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and mildly bitter. Perhaps this bottle was too old.

Hand pump at Salone della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2008, Milan
Cloudy amber color; big fruity head. It takes some time, then finally a earthy hop comes out. It has a grassy character of English Bitters, dry toffee flavor, quite strong hopping. Good Bitter, but not exciting.

bevuta hand pump al salone della birra media schiuma ambrata note lupplolate e maltate in bocca piena pulita malto e luppolo che però non è abbondante
