Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Fruity esters, phenols, banana, vanilla, yeast, sweetish, sourish note. So-so.

Keg at the taproom. Pours deep golden, nose is strawberry, banana, burnt toffee, taste is juicy fruit, sweet. 7/3/7/3/15

Cloudy rose-gold. The aroma is pear drops, stale banana, stale strawberry. The taste is much more classic - no big vanilla or fruit footprint, just some strawberry notes in the aftertaste. Rich, chewy. Slightly pithy and fruit skin astringent, but not bitter. Ok, but could be better without the shit.
