500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average to huge firm frothy white head. Very grainy and typical muggy "brewery" aroma, with subtle wheaty and yeasty background notes. Taste is sweet malty, creamy palate, some fresh citrus working hard against the muggy notes. Taste is not that bad for an alcohol reduced Weizen.

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a thick and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet mashy aroma with notes of cooked carrots. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly grainy malty aroma with notes of brewing mash and a restrained fruit- and wheat-character; moderately sweet but nevertheless a bit sticky grainy malty finish with notes of cereals in the aftertaste. 12.IX.11

Bottle looks really good, also like the nice cap. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts spicy, a bit earthy-bready, modest sweet. Finish moldy, still bready. Not too drinkable. Okay for an alcohol-free beer.
