Tap at Moeder Fontainas. Very dark brown with beige head. Huge bourbon up front, flowers, vanilla, rum, marzipan, fudge. Quite sweet with flowery bitterness. Medium bodied with slick feel and soft carbonation.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontanais. Black with tan head. Sweet chocolate malts, bourbon, licorice, raisans, prune, cinnamon. Over medium sweet, moderate bitter. Slightly over medium body, soft carbonation. On tap at St. Augustine’s during 1st 45 taps annual event with Alex and Josh. Pours a very dark reddish brown with a tan head. Aroma is bourbon, some booziness. Taste is sweet, dark fryits, bourbon barrel, oily, boozy. Same aftertaste. Very good sipper.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Black with no head. Aromas of dark fruit, dark chocolate, booze, bourbon. Tastes of dark fruit, dark chocolate, light bourbon. Very light and watery body, especially for an imperial stout.

Bouteille 75cl, merci Pierre T. Brune foncée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez finement boisé de Bourbon, le tout est fin mais suffisant pour offrir une belle complexité au niveau des effluves. Chocolaté, fève de Tonka, petite amertume houblons en rétro. Palais est boisé - chêne, impression de chataignes grillées, amertume fine, caramel avec un fini léger de Bourbon qui offer une petite composante douce vanilla en fin de bouche.

On tap at Open Baladin, Rome. Pours black with medium tan head. Roasted malts, chocolate, dried fruit, licorice, lots of bourbon, wood, warming. Sweet with some bitterness in finish. More smoothness would be nice. Medium to full bodied.

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, cocoa, wood, bourbon. Medium body, dark chocolate, wood, boozy finish, good.

Caña en la Ipa Gijón IV aniversario 01..10..2016. (r111). Color negro intenso con poca espuma beige oscuro. Aromas y sabores maltosos algo quemados con buenas dosis de envejecido en barril y de bourbon con ligeros quemados maderas y carbón y cereales junto con una sensación licorosa alta. Cuerpo medio a intenso con quemados y mas carácter de licor y de bourbon que se imperial stout. Así con todo bastante Buena.
