Brewed with pale and wheat malt to create a light bodied spring ale, this refreshing characteristic is enhanced by the addition of coriander, orange peel and the “secret ingredient” liquorice to complement the subtle hop flavour.

On tap @ the Haymarket. Pours a honey colour with a decent head. The nose has citrus and some grassiness. The taste has white chocolate and oranges. The palate is medium bodied with a good texture but too sweet and cloying on the end. Overall, lacks drinkability because of the sweetness.
