Taster at the brewery. Unclear, amber color, with a dense, foamy, beige head. The aroma is ginger beer, cloves, brown bread, elderberry, and earth. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, crisp bitterness. Medium body, spicy, and lively. Odd, sharp, but fun.
