Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The nose is grass clippings, pear, mild grapefruit, and quinine. Sweet and citrusy, with a mellow, sharp bitterness. Light, crisp, and clean. Easy, flavorful, and refreshing.
