Taster at the taproom. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The nose is apricot, spruce, leather, butterscotch, sage, and orange zest. Dry and funky, with a mellow bitterness. Light to medium body, sharp, and fairly acidic. Bright, complex, and tasty.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is funk, apple skin, oak, lemon zest. Thin body, apple, funk, oak, mineral, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
