Taster at the Carter Payne. Pours a clear, bubbly, straw color, with a small, white head. The nose is Granny Smith apple, acacia honey, wet grass, and some rubber. Pretty dry, clingy, and astringent. Light to medium body, zesty, and hard. Quality, but a bit funky.
