Only available to the NY market and The Barrel House, Emotional Haircut is a 3-year blend of spontaneous beer (Méthode Traditionnelle with 100% Colorado ingredients) aged on White Peaches in ex-Ruby Port Rye Whiskey Barrels. Naturally conditioned with wildflower honey and clocking in at 7.5% alc. by vol., the resulting beer showcases aromas of baked peaches, freshly split Bourbon Vanilla Beans, and pressed red berries, with a poignant effervescence and restrained acidity.

375 mL bottle, shared by Brian. Thanks, dude! Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is almond, peach, chardonnay, hay, leather, and lemongrass. Sweet and juicy, with a mellow, zesty sour flavor. Light, very lively, with a smooth acidity. Beautiful, bright, and balanced.
