12 oz. can from the Advent calendar. Pours a clear, golden color, with a big, fizzy, off-white head. The aroma is lime zest, dry grass, sage, light earth, and Gruner Veltliner. Sweet and juicy, with a bright sour flavor. Medium body, crisp, and quite acidic. Quality and delicious sour.

Keg at the brewery. Slightly hazy golden, large fizzy white head, decent retention. Aroma of funk, apple skins, earth, pepper. Taste is apricot, funk, olive, oak, lactobacillus. Medium bodied.
