Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, wood, oak, barnyard, tart fruit, grapes, green apples. Flavor is light sweet, rather sour, wood, barnyard, oak, tart fruity, grapes, green apples. Medium body, average carbonation, rather acidic finish. 160317

(On tap @ CBC 2016 Green Session) Pours yellow gold with a small white head. Nose of tart lemon, sweetish pale malt with slight graininess, oak, unripe apple, rather yeasty, white grape, Bretty funk. Flavour has a bit of a sweet pale malt core to hold rather tart lemon, sour white grape and other unripe fruits, fairly heavy Brett wet earth and hay, woody notes, light acetic quality, some grain, slightly bready yeast quality. Finishes semi-dry and rather funky with a bit of tannin. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Solid stuff, didn’t quite jump out to me but my palate was probably pretty blown when I tried it.

Bottle shared at the November THT at deanso’s place. Hay orange pour with no head - tons of yeast floating around the bottle. Notes of vinegar, oak, light vanilla, white grapes, sour cherries, lactic sourness. Medium body and carbonation and a tart finish.

Sampled from bottle @ Benzai’s final THT although MrHangover thinks it’s something else. A bit hazy yellow color, virtually no head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly malts, light tart, moderately sour, brett, unripe fruits. Quite pleasant.

Sampled from bottle at "This is not really deanso’s last THT"-tasting. Hazy yellow. Sweet and sour grape most. Fruity grapes, hay, fruitstone, apricot. Moderate sour, fruity sweetness, light lactic sour. Soft sparkly carbonation. Medium body with mineral like feel.

[ As Brekeriet Blondette ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, sour - lemony - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tart, pale malt, fruity malt, belgium yeast, sweet malt, citrus - apple, brett - leather notes.
