Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, brettanomyces, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ Brewdog Bar Göteborg. Pours tiny hazy golden with a rather small frothy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving some spotty trace on the glass. Smell is sour, slightly phenolic and slightly funky with lemon juice, lime juice, rubber, leather, hay, dry soil, sour milk, band aids, barnyard and hints of apple cider vinegar. Taste is sour, tiny phenolic and slightly funky with crackers, lime juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sour milk, buttery wood, dry soil, leather, apple skins and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour, tiny phenolic and tiny funky with crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, sour milk, apple skins, hay, dry soil, leather, buttery wood and barnyard. Drinkable but truly wild. Lacks refinement...

On tap at GBG Ö&W 2014. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Fresh aroma of citrus, funk and hay. The taste was really refreshing with funk, citrus, hay and some wood. The body was fairly light and with dryish finish. I really liked this beer, very drinkable and interesting.

Sample at En Öl- och Whiskymässa, Gothenburg. Purs hazy yellow with one finger white head that quickly disappears, leaving no lacings. Aroma is fresh and fruity, with a funky sourness to it. Taste is initially sour, leaving some room for flowers, smooth citrus, funkiness of hay and old grass. Ends pretty dry with a lingering semi-acidic sourness. Low carbo, medium body, soft and crisp at the same time. Like someone pointed out, this is like a mix between a really good saison and a gueuze. Best I’ve tried from this highly interesting brewery so far - well made!
