Sample at En Öl- och Whiskymässa, Gothenburg. Purs hazy yellow with one finger white head that quickly disappears, leaving no lacings. Aroma is fresh and fruity, with a funky sourness to it. Taste is initially sour, leaving some room for flowers, smooth citrus, funkiness of hay and old grass. Ends pretty dry with a lingering semi-acidic sourness. Low carbo, medium body, soft and crisp at the same time. Like someone pointed out, this is like a mix between a really good saison and a gueuze. Best I’ve tried from this highly interesting brewery so far - well made!
