Bottle 750ml.ABV: 14.5% Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, flowers, nectar, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, honey, nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120810]

Bottled@GBBF2012. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some earth, herbs and mild nectary notes. Flavour is honey, some flowery notes as well as mild earth.
