Taster at Das Stahl. Pours a clear, brown color, with a medium, beige head. The aroma is plum, cardamom, maple, black pepper, and toast. Sweet and pretty yeasty, with a touch of bitterness. Medium to heavy body, spicy, and crisp. Surprisingly light, with a lot of character. Solid.
