Draught @ Brewpub Kobenhavn, Vestergade 29, 1456 Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a very characteristic one with some seeds notes and fruity freshness, coppery reddish color and soft carbonation but full body. Oh my god, if I were in Copenhagen yet...

On tap. Pours an almost clear orangey brown with a creamy beige head leaving a fine lacework. Very greasy, hoppy aroma. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, rather roasty and even ashy with some nuttiness and a solid hop bite. Indeed very much a hopped up Brown Ale with the hops primarily being bitter and greasy but never really aromatic and fresh. Very dusty and ashy. 080912
