Taster at the Carter Payne. Pours brown, with a small, bubbly, beige head. The nose is pecans, brown sugar, rye, black pepper, and light roast. Sweet and sugary, with a light, smooth bitterness. Medium body, syrupy, and grainy. Interesting.
