Taster at Red Leg. Pours a clear, orange color, with a small, white head. The nose is apple cider (strong cloves, cinnamon, and orange peel), lemon zest, and some light grass. Sweet and sugary, with a nice savory spice. No real sour or bitter flavors. Light to medium body, with a light acidity and a sticky finish. Interesting.
