Taster in a flight at the Santa Fe Railyard location. Pours a slightly hazy, yellow color, with a small, white head. The nose is dusty basil and rosemary up front. Light strawberry and cane sugar. Sweet and sugary, with a touch of tartness. Light body, with a creamy, lightly acidic palate. Fun.
