Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2015

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of wheaty notes, grainy malts, yeast, caramel and hints of banana. Taste is sweetish, malty and wheaty with loads of yeast and banana. Finish is wheaty and yeasty with some ripe banana. A bit unbalanced.

Smell of hop. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of base, yeast, hop and citrus. Medium sour. Flat carbon, dry palate.

Tap at SOPP 2013, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small bubbly white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, banana, wheat, grain and malts.

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2012, Finland.Murky matt medium orange colour with a small, open, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy yeasty, sweet yeast, banana, light phenol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, banana, fruity, yeast, phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120726]

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy pale amber, minimal head. Mild banana and caramel with balsamic honey ringled over it. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Relaxed and somewhat unclean in a pleasant way.

Draught@SOPP Lahti 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, mild berries and some slight toasted notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, herbal and quite wheaty. Rather yeasty notes as well.

Wheaty and light aroma with hints of banana. Sourish flavour with wheat and hints of banana. Salt and some sour apple. A bit weird hefe, but drinkable.

Draught @SOPP 2011. Poured hazy orange with a thin white head. Sour aroma with some juniper notes, almost sahti like. Flavor similar, sour wheat and some medicine herbs. Not even close to a hefeweizen.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Sour wheaty aroma. Light-bodied. Glueish palate, citrusy (lime peels), sour-tart flavors. Not good! Dissapointment from Hollola.

(Draught at SOPP’11, 20110728) The beer poured muddy orange and quite cloudy. Its head was small and white. Arroma had clove, fruitiness and mild sourness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, tartness and low bitterness. Very mild fruity aftertaste. Poor hefeweizen.
