Taster at Beasts & Brews. Pours a slightly hazy, pale, yellow color, with a big, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is vanilla, heavy lime, demerara rum, Riesling, and brown sugar. Dry and nicely tart. Light body, with an acidic, clean palate. This is a fun and quality sour.
