Taste at Beasts and Brews. Pours a murky, light brown color, with a small, bubbly, tan head. The nose is apple brandy, light caramel, oak, and light phenolic funkiness. Sweet and malty, with a light, yet unfortunate bitterness. Heavy body, with a sharp, thick palate. This is an interesting and flavorful beer, but the aging was unkind.
