Taster at the Carter Payne. Pours a pale, unclear, yellow color, with a small, white head. The nose is green apple, leather, lime zest, rosemary, and rosewater. Sweet and citrusy, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with an acidic, crisp mouthfeel. This is a funky and complex beer, and well made.
