Taster at the Carter Payne. Pours a dark, hazy, yellow color, with a small, white, frothy head. The nose is hay, orange pith, lemongrass, and juniper. Dry and sharp, with a sticky, assertive bitterness. Light and biting. This is a pretty fair, aggressive saison.
