Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, fruity, caramel, wood, moderate to light heavy yeasty, perfume. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Draught@Kittys, Helsinki. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is toast, caramel, herbs and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is quite similar with some nice toffeeish and bitter notes.

Pours amber orange with a foamy head. Aroma of exotic fruits, caramel malts, some grassy hops and toffee. Taste is malty and sweetish with some fruity hops. Finish is carbonated and sweet with some maltiness and grassy hoppiness. Okay, a bit light bodied but quite tasty.

Aroma is slightly sweet with fruity hops, some resin and biscuits. Flavour is hoppy with some resin and caramel. There’s also an ashy, vichy-like aroma that disturbs me. Maybe it is related to the hop profile. This is quite close what it promises to be; an American Red Ale with Plevna house flavor.

Draught at Kitty’s, Helsinki. Lightly hazy dark amber, minimal head. Aroma of winegum and roasty malt. Fairly sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Mildly roasty with sough and soap. Mid bitter finish.

Clear deep amber color, small off-white head. Cat piss and caramel in the nose. Medium-bodied. Caramel, malts, dill and grass in the flavor. Sorachi Ace used here? Nice robust red ale.

(Draught at Kittys, 20120725) The beer poured deep copper coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramell and mildly pine. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, pine, caramell, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, hoppy and bitter. An unbalanced brew with too thin maltiness.
