Sample @ the Sour & Bitter event in Copenhagen. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and hoppy with apricots, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, orange zest and hints of caramel, pine and bread. Taste is sweet and bitter with grapefruit juice, orange peal, lemon zest, pine, grass and hints of cat piss. Mouthfeel is crisp, oily bitter and light bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with grapefruit juice, lemon zest and pine.

On tap at Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach. Pours with a lightly hazed golden hued body with a frothy and retentive egg shell hued head that leaves great lace. Great West Coast IPA aroma, very fresh smelling. All hops: tropical fruit, tangerine, mango, light resin, and dank overall. Minimal malt with a light toasted graininess (nearly nutty). Flavors are fruity, with a light sharp (almost out of place) character malt grainy quality (not crystal, but a higher toasted malt, almost victory like, but probably darker munich). Lots of tropical fruit, resin, kind of amarillo like among others. Light pine and citrus. Lively bubbles, dry. Finishes with a lasting, medium bitterness (although it is a firm bitterness up front). Great beer.
