Vom Fass in der Red Mill, in der Nase Karamellmalz, im Trunk ebenso, mittig recht kernig, etwas röstig, andauernde Bitternoten, nach hinten stärker. Passt.

This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a burnt amber color with a thin glaze of a capped head that dissipated at a nice even pace. Messy lacing clings to the glass.
The smell had a nice sweet clean grassy/citrusy hop balance rolling on into some caramel/nutty/toffee malts.
The taste was a nice balance between malts to hops, sweet with bitterness. Nice. Toffee/nutty aftertaste, quick finish.
On the palate, this sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation rides fairly light, semi-sweet stickiness.
Overall, as an amber ale, this works. I could have this again.
