This just came on tap in Knoxville at Calhoun's (at the site where it is actually brewed) . The 2004 batch must be worth a try. Although it lacked a little head, carbonation was right. (It might have started out with a head. I was at a table not the bar) Good malty aroma with just a touch of hop. Malty, but not syrupy sweet, hops very subdued as they should be in a Bock. All in all, one of the best I've had from Smoky Mountain/ Calhoun's.
