Some say he's half malt, half oyster. Other's say it's more of a 70/30 split.

On cask at Stewart Brewing. Appearance - dark brown to black with a crema head. Nose - savoury salty note is in there but the main thing is brown bread. Taste - more of the brown bread perhaps toasted this time. Something savoury again but this time not as obvious that it might be oysters. Palate - creamy andnl close to medium bodied. Dry finish. Overall - a solid citizen.
