Draught Huge, tan and stable head over utterly black beer, leaving textbook lace. Meaty esters, roast, maybe some capsicum already, breadcrust and somehow strawberry. Strawberry again in the flavour, but soon overtaken by capsicum/capsaicine; roast, and sweet chocolate. Very well-bodied, chewy, and finally hot from the capsaicine. I'll never be a partisan of red pepper in beer, it defies its essence, somehow. Txs to Stef!
